Hello blogosphere! Would you like to see my wedding band? :-)

Hello Blog people, welcome to my new blog! Figured it would be cool to post images of the work Im doing, got lots of irons in the fire, and I thought it might be nice to share with you.

One of the projects I just finished up is my wedding band! The design was done in illustrator, and then laser etched onto the 10mm tungsten band. The  knotwork is one continuous line, featuring the Claddagh, heart, hands, and crown symbolizing love, friendship and fidelity. Also feature in the knot is the tree of life image, as well as the greek key, to reflect both my irish and greek heritage.

Decided to make a black and white tungsten version, liked them both but chose to use the white tungsten version for my wedding band.

The plan is to use the design to generate a couple of other pieces, probably a cuff, bracelet or maybe a sculpted version of the ring, so keep an eye out!
